Luchuan County Zhiqiang Motor Factory builds diesel generator sets from 30 kW to 2200 kW at its own plant in Luchuan County, Guangxi, China, around genuine Yuchai engines and its own TFW brushless alternators. Sets are quoted for Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia and Singapore in open-skid, silent canopy and containerised form, at 50 Hz or 60 Hz, and every unit is load-bank tested before it is packed.

Engines are supplied as genuine Yuchai G-drive units across 14 series, from the 24 models listed in our engine reference. Alternators are wound in-house: 46 TFW, STC and ST models from 3 kW to 600 kW, with Class H insulation and copper windings on the TFW line.

Luchuan County Zhiqiang Motor Factory has built generating sets in Luchuan since 2003. The plant runs its own import-export operations and holds ISO 9001 quality management certification - it is the certification we hold, and we do not claim others on this site. Sets are assembled, wound and load-bank tested under one roof at the Longhao Industrial Park, and third-party inspection (SGS, BV, CCIC) is welcome before shipment.

Send the load in kW or kVA, the country and the frequency you need, and an engineer replies with a firm configuration and price - usually within one working day.
Open-skid sets are usually ready 15-25 days from a confirmed order; silent canopy and containerised sets take 30-40 days depending on the production schedule. We ship FOB from a southern China port and issue ACFTA Form E where the rules of origin allow preferential duty for ASEAN destinations.

Yes. Every set runs a load-bank sequence from 0% to 110% load at our own plant before it is packed, and the test record travels with the consignment. Published ratings follow ISO 8528-1 and fuel figures are stated at ISO 3046-1 reference conditions - see the factory and load-bank testing page for the full procedure.
