Luchuan County Zhiqiang Motor Factory Zhiqiang Power

100 kW – 600 kW · 24/7 Prime Continuous Operation & Low Fuel Operating Expense

Diesel Generators for Factories & Industrial Plants

A mill or assembly plant usually runs the set for long stretches, so the number that matters most is fuel per kilowatt-hour. We quote these jobs on prime rating with a Bosch common-rail or EUP injection system, which holds the burn down around 198 to 200 grams per kWh at the working load rather than the nameplate load.

Because the same plant may run in Vietnam on 50 Hz while an export line runs on 60 Hz, our TFW sets are built for dual-frequency calibration. Tell us the grid frequency, the biggest motor you start, and how many hours a week the set runs, and we will size it so the fuel bill and the service interval both make sense.

What this duty asks of the set

These are the three points we check first when a industrial manufacturing & textile mills enquiry reaches us. They decide the rating, the cooling package and the control hardware long before price enters the conversation.

01

Bosch HPCR common rail injection minimizes diesel consumption to ≤198 g/kWh.

02

Dual-frequency 50Hz/60Hz export adaptability across Vietnam & Philippines.

03

Continuous prime rating with 10% overload reserve capability for peak shifts.

Configurations we usually quote for this duty: TFW-100, TFW-150, TFW-300.

Recommended generator sets

Catalogue models that carry this duty run from 100 kW to 300 kW prime. Outside that band we build to the same specification on request — send the load and the site conditions and an engineer will size it. Each card opens the full datasheet, fuel curve and dimensions.

Power ratings follow ISO 8528-1:2018 (Prime PRP / Standby ESP), and the fuel figures are stated at ISO 3046-1:2002 standard reference conditions. Both are confirmed unit by unit on our load bank, and the test record ships with the set. Standby figures are the engine's factory standby rating from the model spectrum table — never a computed 110% of the rated output. Noise figures are typical open-type reference values, not a guaranteed sound-power level.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the fuel consumption at a typical working load?▼

Most plants load the set to about 70 to 80 percent rather than full rating. At 75 percent a 100 kW set burns roughly 18 to 19 litres per hour and the specific consumption stays near 200 g/kWh. We publish the 50, 75, 100 and 110 percent figures on every product page so you can budget against your real duty.

Can the same set run at 50 Hz and 60 Hz?▼

Yes. Every Zhiqiang generator set supports factory dual-frequency calibration for export. A 60 Hz build runs the engine at 1800 rpm and generally yields a little more output; we recalibrate the governor and the AVR to suit whichever grid the plant connects to.

How often does a continuously running set need service?▼

After the 50-hour break-in oil change, plan routine service every 250 operating hours or six months: oil and filters, the fuel-water separator, and a check of the alternator insulation. For a two-shift plant that lands close to a quarterly visit, and we can include the service kit with the order.
