Compliance & Emissions
Every set is declared against the engine it actually ships: China GB 20891 non-road T2 on the D2x line, China GB 20891 non-road T3 on the D3x line and China GB 20891 non-road T4 on the D4x line; emission declarations and engine test files are issued per order for destination-market review.
Verification
Transparent factory information; live video inspection calls and third-party inspection (SGS, BV, CCIC) welcomed before shipment.

Certification & Quality Management
Luchuan County Zhiqiang Motor Factory is an integrated diesel generator manufacturer in Luchuan County, Guangxi - research and development, production, sales and after-sales service in one company, founded in 2003. Our own factory certificate is ISO 9001 (quality management). We hold no other factory certificate, so we claim none: the CE, UL, EPA and emission approvals that some buyers ask about are product-level documents, and the only one that applies to a set is the emission declaration of the engine it actually ships with.

Documentation issued per order: factory load-bank test record, engine emission declaration for the fitted model, commercial invoice and packing list, and ACFTA Form E where the rules of origin allow preferential duty. Copies of the ISO 9001 certificate are available on request from tommy@zhiqiang-power.com.
Load-Bank Testing Procedure
Every generator set follows the factory standard resistive load-bank test sequence below. Acceptance criteria are confirmed on each unit and recorded in the factory test report provided with the shipment.
STEP 01 — 0% No-Load
Oil pressure, charging voltage, coolant circulation and governor idling verified.
STEP 02 — 25% Load
Alternator winding thermal rise and waveform stabilization checked.
STEP 03 — 50% Load
Intermediate fuel consumption and turbocharger response assessed.
STEP 04 — 75% Load
Continuous temperature stabilization under the 50°C tropical radiator.
STEP 05 — 100% Prime
Rated prime output sustained; voltage regulation and frequency deviation confirmed.
STEP 06 — 110% Overload
Emergency overload held to verify governor response and structural safety.
Test procedure and acceptance criteria are described for reference. Specific test records for each order are provided with the shipment documentation.
