One form covers the whole enquiry. WhatsApp and email both reach the same export desk at the Luchuan factory in Guangxi.

An engineer checks the specification
We verify load, frequency, ambient temperature and altitude against the Yuchai rating, and tell you plainly if the set needs derating or a heavier tropical radiator.
STEP 03
Quotation within 24–48 hours
Itemised pricing, dispatch time, freight option and the datasheet for the exact model you asked for. No obligation to buy.
STEP 04
Production, test and shipping
Every genset runs a full-load and 110% overload load-bank test before packing, and the test record travels with the unit.
Questions buyers ask before sending an RFQ
How quickly will I get a reply to my RFQ?▼
An engineer answers within one working day and a full itemised quotation follows within 24 to 48 hours, including the dispatch time for the model you asked for.
What do you need in order to quote a diesel generator set?▼
Country, load in kW or kVA, prime or standby duty, frequency and installation type. If you already know the model, pick it in the list; if you only know the load, send that and we will recommend the set.
Do you quote FOB or CIF?▼
Both. We quote ex-works Luchuan, FOB Nansha or Qinzhou, and CIF to Haiphong, Manila, Klang or Bangkok. Add your destination port in the form and freight is listed separately from the unit price.
Which documents come with the shipment?▼
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, the factory load-bank test record and an ISO 9001 copy. ACFTA Form E is issued where the HS code, origin rules and destination tariff schedule allow preferential duty.
Can I also buy engines, alternators or spare parts on their own?▼
We build and sell complete diesel generator sets: Yuchai engines and our own TFW/STC alternators ship inside a set we build. Genuine spare parts and scheduled service kits for a set you already own can be requested in this same form - choose Spare Parts or Service Kits in step 1 - and the after-sales desk confirms fitment from your engine serial.
